How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?
Open Convertigo, go to the About screen, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Can I share Convertigo Pro with my family?
Yes! Convertigo Pro supports Family Sharing. Once one family member purchases Pro, all members in your Family Sharing group can access it at no extra cost.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. All conversions are performed locally on your device. No internet connection is required for any core functionality.
How do I create a custom conversion?
With Convertigo Pro, select the "Custom" category, then tap "Create Custom Conversion" to define your own unit pair with a conversion factor.
I found an incorrect conversion. How do I report it?
